100 Day Gratitude Challenge -- Day # 12 -- Publicly Declare Your Appreciation For Someone
It's Day #12 of the 100 days of Gratitude Challenge.
Today's motto is to "Publicly Declare Your Appreciation For Someone."
When I sat here at the end of a long day of work and compiled the list in my head of whom I am deeply grateful for, I had to REALLY dig deep. Not that my mind cannot instantly recall a hand full of people to thank. No, that is not the case. I can name a dozen off the top of my head right now. People who've held my hand when I discovered Trent had shot himself, or people who helped me in my low times or the ones who loved me when I was not so lovable.
I wanted to find someone who REALLY stood out for me. This person has never met me in person. In fact, they might not even consider me someone important or influential in their life. To be truthful, I am quite certain I don't even show up on their radar.
Nevertheless, I chose someone with STRENGTH, with unshakeable COURAGE, with a BRAVE SOUL who forges onward, despite the horrific and painful year this person has been forced to endure.
This man is a warrior, he has lost his son and still presses onward.
I don't know how you do it, but I am in awe of your daily magnificence. The way you show up in your AUTHENTIC presence, inspiring humanity to also shed their armor and masks...it moves me to no end.
So without further ado, I salute you, Mr. BOB PAFF.
May God's blessings be upon you always.
