Please join me in celebrating my dear friend Carol Davic's birthday today, Sept 28th.
I met her randomly (the best way!) through a mutual Facebook friend on July 26, 2016. I'd been suffering DEEP, BEWILDERING GRIEF over Trent's suicide death, and this "other" friend had referred me to "someone who knows about suicide, because I can't handle you right now."
The "friend" who referred me is no longer a friend because of obvious reasons. She was not able to hold the space for me while I was grieving. There is much more to this un-friending, which I will not go into, but I wish this person well. Onto bigger and better things.
Enter Carol Davic. She has been my guiding light, that soul sister I trust in, the yin to my yang and the gut-busting laughter I've needed on the days I just wanted to cry.
Carol, I think my soul always knew you were out there. As a teenage novelist, I always created characters named "Carol and Linda" and never knew exactly WHY -- because for 39 years of my life, there wasn't anyone with those names. But I'm so proud to call you one of my Soul Tribe. As a writer and an Empath, life can be overwhelming and hard to find a suitable "fit," meaning I don't jive with everyone who walks along my path. It's okay, I understand, being a leader and an introvert always had this aspect to it. But I commend you for being part of my life!
Readers, I urge you to consider hiring Carol as your Life Coach. If you're looking for a STELLAR, INSPIRING AND PHENOMENAL human being as your support system, look no further than Ms. Carol Davic. She's professional, courteous, insightful, lovely, and just an overall fun person to engage with.
On this day of all days, Carol, I wish you Blessings Beyond Measure! I hope you have a wonderful remaining three months of 2019 and that 2020 brings you MUCH MORE love, laughter and success that this year has brought so far.
I love you soul sister!!
Sending good vibes always,
